Herbs can take a while to work, so if you took an herbal product for 2 weeks and then felt an amazing shift that you didn't feel on the first day, that's important for others to know since it can inspire and motivate them so they don't give up too soon. You can review the product based on several criteria, such as how quickly you felt the effects, how much of a dose you took and for how long, if there was any change in your symptoms, any improvements, change in your lab tests, how strong the product is, if an unexpected unrelated health problem went away, etc. Note 1: herbs vary in color from light (ginger, garlic, turmeric) to dark (black walnut) and thus their extracts will also vary in color and in opacity. A little sediment in the bottle is often there on purpose to add potency. If your dropper becomes clogged and won't work, you can gently insert a safety pin or needle into the narrow tip at the bottom of the dropper to unclog it. Suggested Usage:

Adults: take 3 drops 3 times per day to help fight infections (average or typical use) - or up to 19 drops 3 times per day if directed to do so by your natural health practitioner. A few drops can also be applied to the soles of the feet. (Topical use is gentler for children) - please refer to instructions.

The drops can be used as is or mixed with tomato juice, vegetable juice, diluted fruit juice, nondairy milk or honey.
