Great supplement, no unpleasant side effects or stomach issues like with many colon-moving products out there. Very gentle. I can see this being a staple long after my cleanse is over. I like all the options Dr. Foster gives us for taking them, sometimes I open them,and the taste is strong and bitter like I would expect from her herbs. Very pleased.

The Cayenne and Eye Bright are both very good. The Cholesterol tincture lowered by LDL by 60 points. I have the Cayenne tincture in case I have chest pains. I am currently using the Heart Healthy tincture which has a smaller % of Cayenne. I am very happy with the results. I am 71 and take no prescriptions or medications. My blood pressure is in the low 120â€™s over mid to low 70â€™s. I feel great. I have been taking the Eye Bright tincture for 2 weeks and left eye is feeling less dry and I haedly use any eye drops now. I have just started taking the Colon Soothe as precaution to try remove any toxins. I believe my gut is in great shape because I a lot of organic fruit and vegetables and no longer have any constipation issues. I am very happy with all of the Dr Foster products. I recommend her to everyone.
