Lemon oil is one of the most versatile oils available - useful for air purification, mood upliftment, hemostat, circulatory tonic, liver purification and rebuilding of blood vessels. When diffused, it has the effect of purifying the air, removing odors and uplifting the spirits.

How to Take it:
- Use 1 drop applied to bottoms of feet 2 to 3 times daily, or use an essential oil diffuser or spray bottle (see recipe for Essential Oil Spray) to purify surrounding air
- Since it is on the FDA GRAS list, it can safely be taken internally in very small doses – usually 1 to 2 drops in honey or soy milk two to three times daily
- Delicious when one drop is used as lemon flavoring for a glass of purified water, and as such, when taken with meals can help avoid many types of food-borne illnesses.
