I've been using Dr. Foster's garlic tincture together with ginger tincture for a while. It doesn't taste bad at all. I put in my morning juice and I kind of like it. I haven't done the blood tests yet after I started using Dr. Foster's products but all I can say is I haven't have any seasonal allergies or any flu or flulike symptoms at all. I feel those products are a necessity for maintaining a good health.
