Detailed reviews help other people the most. Herbs can take a while to work, so if you took an herbal product for 2 weeks and then felt an amazing shift that you didn't feel on the first day, that's important for others to know since it can inspire and motivate them so they don't give up too soon. You can review the product based on several criteria, such as how quickly you felt the effects, how much of a dose you took and for how long, if there was any change in your symptoms, any improvements, change in your lab tests, how strong the product is, if an unexpected unrelated health problem went away, etc. Note 1: herbs vary in color from light (ginger, garlic, turmeric) to dark (black walnut) and thus their extracts will also vary in color and in opacity. A little sediment in the bottle is often there on purpose to add potency. If your dropper becomes clogged and won't work, you can gently insert a safety pin or needle into the narrow tip at the bottom of the dropper to unclog it. Tinctures made with fresh ingredients will often be lighter in color than extracts made with dried ingredients. Note 2: your review will not be posted unless you have actually tried the product and read the instructions - there are PAGES AND PAGES of information in the instructions including recipes to help your herbs taste better and frequently asked questions about how the product is used, what the herbs do, what they're good for, and what people experience when taking them. There are mandatory instructions that you should read regardless of how much you know about holistic health, and often there are instructions specific for the product or cleanse you ordered and these instructions could include links to instructional videos on the Dr. Fosters Essentials YouTube Channel as well. Also make sure you download Dr. Fosters FREE Natural Protocols E-book so that you understand why you're sick and why your problems are often related to root causes in your internal organs that are distant from where your pains/ problems seem to be. It also explains the four stages of disease and how your body can reverse them through "the reversal process." It explains the "healing crisis" and why sometimes things can get worse temporarily before they get better. This is critically important information that your medical doctor does NOT know about.

anxiety and spasms
"Lobelia is one of the most powerful herbs available. It has more active alkaloids than perhaps any other herb. This means it has a wide variety of uses and that its effects are usually very strong.

  • Releases cramps and spasms of all kinds, it is classified by herbalists as an antispasmodic herb

  • Helps support respiratory health. Relaxes the bronchial passages to ease breathing

  • Relaxes the entire body in high stress situations

  • Some people also use it at night for occasional sleeplessness

  • Can release tension in the vascular system, sometimes resulting in lower blood pressures in those whose pressure is too high.
  • People find it invaluable as an aid to stop smoking. One of the main constituents of lobelia is lobelia - almost identical to nicotine. Lobeline acts on nicotine receptors without being addictive

  • Lobelia for asthma
