i really like the ingredients in this. many green drinks have good contents but do not go the extra mile with spirulina,chlorella, seaweed as well as the other ingredients and they often add fruits. The wheat grass is perfect for cancer as well.i am not getting fruits in this,which is perfect since i cant have fructose. i often add sweetness with stevia. i sometimes mix it with my other veggies, parsely celery cuke, but dont have to. it alkalizes my body also easily which i need to do. i use it as a quick breakfast before i go on my walk/jog and i am not hungry. i will definitely continue with this powder.

I was green drinking anyhow with great powder products and also making my own fresh veggie drinks with many of the same ingredients but not completely all of the ingredients in Essentials.I wanted to compare and see if any difference. I prefer to add something to sweeten it a bit and cannot add carrot juice or anything with too much sugar content, so cucumber and or zucchini works, or I might even double up and add fresh parsley, cuke, celery, so it's like two drinks in one. Getting the ESSENTIALS items I don't have in my other powders from other companies. It tastes great! I have energy, feel good. And I know it is sooo nutritious. Yes you can drink it alone, but needs something sweet in it, whatever veggie you choose. I am not sure yet, I have to use it separately more times to say it makes me feel better than my fresh drinks I made, so I will return and tell you later. But fresh drink making takes a bit more time., and you have to buy all those same ingredients in essentials.

Love this stuff!! I've been CONSISTENTLY taking this for four months and enjoy both the taste and the energetic results, helping me stay out of stupor mode. (I'm consuming this to help me with my insulin resistance let alone just being properly fed.) This combo of quality nutrient "greens" that I've known about for years--but could never acquire a taste for as separate ingredients--is now a priority and a "must have" on my shopping list. I daily consume the drink (adding in 3 drops of both lemon essential oil and cayenne pepper supplement from Dr. Foster). I also sprinkle the Ess. Nutrients on appropriate food--running our own test kitchen it has been fun! A family favorite is adding Ess. Nut. into our mayonnaise replacement to make a nice dip for veggies or spreads. With the prominent green color, it will be a great St. Patrick's Day or Christmas holiday dip idea. Thank you Dr. Foster for creating this combo of very "essential nutrients"! The title says it all!

Part of my Daily Protein Drink 05/27/2019

For my daily protein/nutritional drink I mix two tablespoons of Essential Nutrients along with two tablespoons of hemp protein in water. The addition of 1/8 teaspoon of Monk Fruit powder makes for a very pleasant tasting mix. I also add some vitamin C and mushroom powders. I believe that Dr Foster's Essential Nutrients make for a highly nutritious daily supplement drink.

I've been using Essential Nutrients in my green drinks for many years and attribute my relatively good health to this.
A friend who now uses this has found that she must add this to
improve her energy levels that are poor due to Epstein-Barr.
My dog adores it also and so she gets an occasional teaspoon and I have to say she is doing very well at 14!
So I love this and we will all continue to use it!

I depend on Dr. Foster's Essential Nutrients, and take them daily. I know that if I do not, I will be in trouble.

When my husband was dying in 2015 I was at the hospital most of the time, and skipped a lot of things, including my Essential Nutrients. I ended up with two spinal fractures, L1 and L2, and I never want another. I immediately resumed the Essential Nutrients (and wore a back brace for six months) and it healed nicely.

I take the Essential Nutrients daily, order two or three times a year, and plan to take them for the rest of my life. Please continue to provide them, and I'll be ordering them as long as I live. Thank you so much!
