Iâ€™ve been using Colon Start Plus with Vibrant Colon & they work well together. Also lobelia helps constipation & cleaning out bacteria, etc.
These are very high quality products. They sell out quickly, so it can be a challenge to keep supplied.

Love this formula! Started with it before moving over to the vibrant colon. Iâ€™ve always had such bad stomach cramping, bloating and pain with laxatives, have had none of that which is truly appreciated. And it works well!

My 99 yr old mom has had horrific issues with constipation. I mean horrific. Won't go into details....tmi. And we've tried many fixes: an expensive Rx, Metamucil, Benefiber, psyllium husk, Senna-S, etc. She no longer has any problems. She takes 1 daily. At the beginning she also took Oxy-Powder for a few days (oxygenated Magnesium). I thought it might be necessary to loosen (ahem) whatever. So I don't know if it was necessary or not. Whew, what a relief to find this! I am 69 and take 1/day also as I have autoimmune related motility issues.

Both products, Iâ€™ve used for nearly 20 years and relied on them for various uses.The cayenne is great with lemon juice and water and the Colon Start always works flawlessly without any ill effects.
Dr Cynthia personally advised me re these items and I carry them as mst have first aid items literally around the world.

I have used Dr. Foster's products for a number of years, and they have always helped me get the relief and healing I was looking for.
