Geranium is an excellent oil for supporting, replenishing, calming and regenerating the brain and nervous system. It can also help even out the skin, fight blemishes, heal recent scars and reduce fine lines.

Skin Benefits: it is wonderful to include in a beauty regime helping both dry and oil skin types without clogging pores. Its known antioxidants geraniol and citronellol help fight free radicals, lessen fine lines and the signs of aging. It can also help fade discoloration, fight blemishes and skin that has just formed a new scar.
Promotes Brain Health: The most important use I've found for this exotic oil is that it can help repair a damaged nervous system. For people with neurologic disorders such as multiple sclerosis, ALS, and other neurologic disorders, it can make a big difference in the functioning of the nerves.

How to Use:

    Massage Geranium oil onto
    spine to support
    entire nervous system

Apply Topically: this oil is typically diluted with a carrier oil (such as almond oil, sesame oil, jojoba oil, olive oil or other cold-pressed massage oil) first before applying. Apply topically over the area of concern (e.g. head for brain issues, spine for back issues, etc.), or if there are many areas, use on the bottoms of feet.
To Help Nervous System: For brain and nervous system issues, dilute with a carrier oil and massage along entire spine from tailbone to base of skull
Other Herbs That Can Help: Can also be combined with the Bone Tissue Nerve and Earth's Nutrition Formula to help rebuild nerves.
Other Oils That Can Help: What I have found very effective for the nerves is a combination of Geranium oil, Peppermint Oil and Lavender Oil for full-spectrum maximum effect on nerves
For Skin: can use alone or combine with myrrh oil and/or tea tree oil to help fight acne. Use for at least 2 weeks consistently to see changes in skin.
