How to Use:

Apply Topically: apply topically over the area of concern (e.g. head for brain issues, spine for back issues, etc.), or if there are many areas, use on the bottoms of feet.

To Help Nervous System: For brain and nervous system issues, dilute with a carrier oil and massage along entire spine from tailbone to base of skull

Other Herbs That Can Help: Can also be combined with the Bone Tissue Nerve and Earth's Nutrition Formula to help rebuild nerves.
