I decided on this cleanse after hearing Dr Foster speak on a docuseries. I planned ahead so Iâ€™d have all my research done. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The teas, morning flushes are easy to make. Herbal mixtures easy to use. Iâ€™m not a vegetarian so that was toughest part for me. Making it worth my while was actually feeling and seeing the difference in my mood and weight being lighter and more positive. Great customer service.
