Colon Starter Plus is a strong extra strength formula. It is not for children or underweight persons. Do not take if you weigh less than 120 pounds or if you experience chronic diarrhea. Do not combine with over the counter laxatives or other brand herbal laxatives.
How to Use +
How Much to Take: start with one capsule Vibrant Colon with your evening meal on Day 1. It takes 12 to 14 hours for an effect. If the next morning on Day 2, you do not notice an increase in bowel activity, that evening, you will increase to two capsules with your evening meal. You're aiming for 3 bowel movements per day (or 2 at the very least). On Day 3, if you do not notice a change, then that evening, take 3 capsules. When you get to the number of capsules that produces a change for you and meets that goal, stay at that dose that produces 3 bowel movements per day - even if two of them are in the morning. Then you add the Colon Soothe Formula, taking 1 tsp Colon Soothe powder in 8 to 12 ounces water or juice on an empty stomach 3 to 4 times daily and continue until you've reached the end of the 2nd week. If You Have Problems Swallowing Capsules: For people who have difficulty swallowing capsules, the Vibrant Colon can be twisted open and mixed with water. The Vibrant Colon herbs will taste bitter but can easily be sweetened with stevia if desired.
