How to Use:

Gargle with clove oil
To relieve throat discomfort

Put around 2 drops in a shotglass, fill with water, and gargle for 2 minutes. Swallow some of the mixture to get the clove oil further down your throat.

Put one drop on your thumb, then press your thumb against your hard palate to help ease a headache

Add a drop to your herbal extracts, juice or a smoothie as an additional aid to help kill parasites, fight certain types of infections and promote blood sugar balance.

Add a few drops to your massage oil to help with aches and pains

Add 1 drop to a shotglass and fill with water. Drink down to help ease indigestion

Dilute with carrier oil, add lavender, frankincense and clove together to help growths

Dilute with any carrier oil before applying to your skin

Use one drop on back of tongue to help reduce tobacco cravings

Apply directly to painful tooth and see your dentist as soon as possible
