I've used this so many times to help fight infections. I had an infection that was stubborn and it saved me so many times! This product is absolutely top-notch. The strong taste just tells you how strongly it's going to work in your body. Thank goodness there is a recipe you can use to cut down on the spiciness of the cayenne and garlic - it really helps a lot. I can actually feel it working within the first day of taking it. I believe Dr. Foster when she says it cleans out your bloodstream and helps you fight cancer. Every formula I've taken from Dr. Foster's Essentials has done exactly what she says it will do. The taste: This formula is the most powerful detoxifier we have. It has a strong taste, but we provide a recipe and other suggestions to dilute it down and sweeten it. You can add natural sweetener. Adding 2 oz. boiling water helps. Nondairy milk helps reduce the "heat" of the cayenne.

Make sure to follow the Foster Method Diet and use the Foster Method every 3 months to get to underlying root causes and maintain health for life.
